Payment is made either with a debit card or credit card. The order is placed on your payment card when you confirm your order. Shipment is also added in the same process, and will be charged the payment card.

At we aim to process and send your order as soon as we can. Orders ar usually shipped from 1-3 days after we have received the order. However, please note that made to order pieces such as personal stamping and required adjustments, may take from 2-4 weeks to complete. If you have any personal requirements surrounding delivery dates, please check with us upon placing your order, to see if we can meet your expectations. At By Me we will at all times do our best to meet your wishes.

If the item is out of stock, do not fear, By Me is probably already into the production. Some of our products are very exclusively produced, and we appreciate your patience, while the goods are all hand made with a thorough craftsmanship and with heart and soul put into every piece produced.



Delivery of goods occurs on the way described in the order confirmation. If the delivery of the products is delayed beyond the given time frame, you will be informed of when possible delivery can take place. Should one or more of the items in your order be sold out, due to errors in the on-hand inventory, you will be contacted on wether you would like the remaining order shipped as usual. 



Our packages are shipped with Posten Bring within Norway. For international shipments, we send our packages with either UPS or FedEx. Norwegian orders will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. For international orders, delivery is estimated between 5-10 working days, from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Delays may occur during public holidays, sales or other more extreme conditions. takes on the risk for the products until you get them. After you have received the products, you should, as soon as possible examine whether the shipment is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged during transport, or if anything from your order is wrong or missing. Please do not hesitate to contact us if something does not match your expectations.

easy returns and exchanges

Please note us as soon as possible if you have any reason to be returning your goods to Return messages from our customers, regarding errors or defects of the products, must be reported to us by e-mail or chat. We recommend that the complaint is sent us in writing.

If you were to regret a purchase done with, you send the goods back in complete product packaging within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, and you must include the withdrawal form completely filled out. You will find the return form enclosed in your order confirmation.

The condition for the return is that the goods has not been in use and that it may be sold as new. All tags need to be in the same condition as when you received the goods and be attached to the items. If the condition of the products appear used, the right of return ceases, and the goods will be shipped back to the customer, and the customer is then held responsible to all new shipment costs. The customer will then recieve an invoice with the occuring return shipment-costs.


jewelry care

Avoid wearing your jewelry when in a jacuzzi, sauna/steam room, swimmingpool or while showering or bathing. We also recommend removing your jewelry when doing household.

Avoid direct contact with chemical products such as soap, perfume and hairspray as this may dull the finish and cause discolor.

Store your jewelry safely in a soft lined box or pouch. Try to keep your jewelry pieces apart to avoid scratching and rubbing. Keep away from natural daylight and any kind of damp heat (e.g. bathroom) as this will tarnish your jewelry.

Clean your jewelry regularly. For daily cleaning gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils. From time to time, you can use a professional cleaning product. Always purchase this from a professional jeweler to make sure you get the right polish and follow the instructions carefully.

Please be aware that 925 sterling silver is a soft material. Scratches and small bulks is not considered a defect, but just a sign of normal wear and tear.

There is a one-year warranty on all goods sold on, and it only covers manufacturing faults only, not from regular use. If any return of goods regarding warranty claims, please contact and include: order number, photo of claim area and description of claim.
